One of the primary goals of hypnotherapy is to induce a state of deep relaxation. Learning to relax helps to alleviate the physical symptoms of anxiety, such as muscle tension & increased heart rate.
We can practice the “relaxation response”, an essential skill in responding well to stress & anxiety. You will gain leverage with your emotions, triggers & coping mechanisms.
Hypnotherapy can help you identify & address underlying causes of anxiety, including deeply rooted beliefs, fears & mental patterns in your subconscious mind.
Developing self-awareness will empower you to take control of anxiety & make positive changes in your life.
Hypnotherapy facilitates behavioral changes that reduce anxiety. This includes changing negative thought patterns, enhancing coping mechanisms, and fostering a sense of control over anxious triggers.
Hypnotherapy can be used alongside other therapeutic approaches or medications for anxiety, providing a holistic and complementary treatment option.

Unpack what anxiety feels like for you. Clarify, triggers, situations, coping strategies, and desired goals to work on.
We decide on a approach together then use hypnotherapy & NLP techniques to support you in finding peace, heal from traumatic experience, find healthy coping strategies, and gain confidence.
Create a supportive environment for you to find peace, heal from traumatic experience, find healthy coping strategies, and gain confidence.
You should walk away from a first session with:
More clarity
A sense of resolution & the initiation of positive change.
The feeling of empowerment to overcome anxiety
A clear therapeutic plan
It is important to note that the benefits of hypnotherapy are cumulative. The more you practice (during sessions and via self-hypnosis) the more concrete your results will be.
